The Power of Buzzwords
Buzzwords are a form of mental prompts that empower you to look to yourself for answers and propel you to action in a positive and proactive way. This month, I share a buzzword from my book’s Children section. At times when your life, and the world around you are filled with confusion and misinformation, call upon this simple buzzword. It will help you focus on the truth and provide the motivation and power to change it!
This month’s buzzword is:
Not Right
I believe our bodies are amazing, with built-in warning signs that tell us when something feels “Not Right.” It could be a knot in our stomach, or when something is troubling us, and we keep thinking about it over and over. It’s not always easy to look at something head-on when it makes us uncomfortable or if it means making a difficult decision, but doing so is necessary for the health of our body, mind, and spirit. Even if you try to ignore it, your body will not let go of this feeling until you do something. This buzzword is one to use to acknowledge your feeling that something is “Not Right” and give you the confidence and strength to act on it.
